The Terms of Service Agreement is a legal agreement between you the customer and ProDialup, a service company owned by Advanced Computing, Incorporated and operating under the laws of Oregon. By accessing and using our service(s) you have agreed to abide by all terms and conditions.
All information below is found on our web site at http://prodialup.us/. We reserve the right to amend and update all information as required. It is your responsibility to periodically review this information.

- Personal web space is available free of charge with most account packages. Please contact us to be set up. Visit http://prodialup.us/pricelist.php to view all available services.
- Business and Corporate hosting packages are available at a 10% discount to all ProDialup customers. Visit F7Hosting’s web site at http://www.f7hosting.com/ for package options. We also offer customizable hosting packages. Please call or email your requirements and we would be happy to put together a custom package to meet your needs.

FREE TRIAL PERIOD: All accounts are given a 30-Day Free Trial and must be used within the first 30-days of initial sign-up. To avoid being charged a monthly fee, simply cancel your membership in writing prior to the end of your Free Trial period. If notice is not given, your account will automatically convert to a monthly billing account and funds are immediately due to ProDialup.

BILLING TERMS: All payments must be received by the due date to avoid possible penalty fees, including but not limited to: $6 non-payment fee, $10 disconnect fee and/or 18% interest on unpaid balances. Please review details at http://prodialup.us/billing.php
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN: We offer our customers the convenience of automatic payments with a credit or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. If you would like to take advantage of this free service, simply print the Authorization form at http://prodialup.us/bcAuth.mht; and complete all information. Then sign form and mail to ProDialup at PO Box 546, Medford, Oregon 97501. Once we receive the form, we can establish your payment option. By law automatic bankcard payments cannot be established until we have the signed authorization form on file.
To withdraw automatic payments, send your request in writing via mail or email. And we will cancel the service, no questions asked.
